Take time out of everyday life and step into a space of reflection, ideation, brainstorming, dreaming, and alignment through inspired action. A lot of the magic comes from authentic connection with spectacular people, so come with an open mind and a willingness to become the change you want to see in the world.

Delicious organic meals and snacks are prepared onsite by our Chefs, using only the freshest ingredients, locally sourced, and without using processed foods. The menu has been created with nutrient-dense superfoods, to reset and bring your body into harmony. Our chef Sunny has a way of presenting food with a culinary flair to rival the best restaurants.

At the heart of every relationship; whether intimate, professional, or communal; there comes a moment where different perspectives, needs, and desires meet. Too often, we approach these moments with compromise, where each person has to give something up in order to make the vision work, an outdated model based on sacrifice. The future of relationships are built on abundance and allow us to bring more of our desires to the people around us without having to give things up.
Synthesis invites each person to offer their wants, needs, desires, and perspectives fully and openly to the conversation. Whether it’s blending new ideas, launching business projects, building a dream home, parenting or lifestyle design. This is the art of Synthesis: weaving unique perspectives and different skill sets into a higher unity where all voices and perspectives are included. Through this sharing, the people involved are able to create something so much more than either one could have discovered alone.
In this retreat, you will practice stepping beyond “my way” and “your way” into designing a new way. You’ll experience what becomes possible when empowered, self-aware individuals enter the creative unknown together.

We'll be diving into the most important tools and techniques in creating relational harmony: Communication and Collaboration.
Collaboration becomes so much easier with a framework for discussions. We will use the Core Communication principles and framework. Through experiential practices, dialogue, and workshops, we’ll explore how to move beyond compromise and into desire, abundance, and connection.
Synthesis is more than a retreat, it’s a new way of relating. One that transforms conflict into connection, different perspectives into harmony, and individuality into unity.

Refund policy:
Up to 60 days prior to the start of the event all monies paid minus $500 are refundable should you cancel.
Cancellation within 30 days of retreat are fully earned, with no refund provided. You may transfer your retreat registration and monies to a future retreat date for the value you paid for this event.
You may request to have your registration transferred but it is not guaranteed.
If cancellation is implemented by us, we will happily refund all monies paid by you.

Travel & Airport Options:
Getting to Nosara, there are 2 main options to fly into Costa Rica, Liberia CR and San Jose CR.
We also have great contacts we can help arrange private taxis and shuttles once landed.​
2. Liberia, Costa Rica:
-This airport is the most common and is probably the best overall
- This airport is a short taxi ride to Nosara.
3. San Jose, Costa Rica:
- This airport is often the cheapest flight, but involves a longer travel day (5 hours to Nosara) unless you're spending time in Costa before.
